The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Meca-10 (Reference: 614.NX.1170.RX) is one of those watches you appreciate more the longer you wear it. The barrel-shaped case in satin-finished titanium is large but wears light, and the skeleton dial shows off the in-house Meca-10 movement with a 10-day power reserve. It’s manually wound, but you hardly realize it since the power reserve is 10 full days. Put it down for a while and it will still be running when you’re ready to wear it again. The red alligator / rubber hybrid strap fits securely and comfortably. Overall, it’s not subtle, but it’s clean, well-built, and different from anything else I’ve owned.
